What is Sève’s Sèven?

Sève’s Sèven is our bi-monthly newsletter. We chose the number 7 as a nod to our name (and it has a certain ring to it too).

Why 7, you ask? Well, in many cultures, 7 is considered a lucky number. It's also the number of perfection, completeness, and wholeness - clearly not modesty… 😉

At Sève, we know how far a bit of good luck and perfectionism goes in styling. So we’ll be sharing lists of seven in our newsletter, all the while exploring the profession of styling and the people behind some of the fashion moments we all love.

What is Sève?

Sève is a project management tool built specifically to make the lives of fashion stylists easier. Working on a styling project can require keeping track of hundreds of pieces of clothing worth tens of thousands of dollars (their confirmation status, their whereabouts, the tracking numbers, the return addresses) in a high-stakes creative environment.

Our web app Sève allows stylists to stay up to date with the progress of their styling projects, collaborate with their teams in real time and share information with external stakeholders in the click of a button.

About us

Julia, a former styling assistant, and Josh, a former pharmaceutical clinical trials professional, decided to take a leap of faith and dive headfirst into the world of fashion tech and entrepreneurship. We launched Sève, the software for fashion styling project management, in late 2022.
